His previous experience includes roles as a Project Quantity Surveyor for constructing the 2nd largest mall in Ghana - Africa (Marina Mall), in 2009. He has also worked for well-renowned

Emmanuel is our Chief Executive Officer. He set up ECA HOMES in 2015. Emmanuel has over 15 years of experience in the property industry. His previous experience includes roles as a Project Quantity Surveyor for constructing the 2nd largest mall in Ghana - Africa (Marina Mall), in 2009. He has also worked for well-renowned businesses in the UK, such as Axis Europe and Novus Property Solutions as a quantity surveyor overseeing and managing a combination of 10-15 million worth of projects across the UK. His experience and knowledge were instrumental in the growth and achievement of the business. He holds a BSc in Building Technology and an MSc in Project Management from the University of Central Lancaster (ULCAN). Emmanuel has been investing in the Property market for many years. He has one published property investment book at his credit and has provided investment coaching to 100s of people. Outside of work, Emmanuel is a commissioned Evangelist, enjoys swimming and is a loving husband.

Pamela is our Funding Administrator and Property Investment Specialist, handling and organizing all our investor’s and client’s data and documentation, whilst assisting with client investment advisory services. Pamela has a bachelor's degree in her credit and has extensive experience working with people to establish long-lasting and exciting working relationships.
Away from work, Pamela enjoys supporting her local church and serves with the media department. She also enjoys family life and inspiring the youth and young adults.
